The Northman


The Northman is Chicago's First Cider Pub and Bistro. Offering over 100 ciders on draft and in bottles, a complete list of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer, and the largest collection of Calvados in the United States (as far as we know). Chef Sean Sanders, a five time Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, draws influences from some of the great cider producing regions of the world. With a specific emphasis on influences from Northern France and Southern England, The Northman brings a truly unique concept to both the cider revolution and the north side of Chicago.
