French cooking class with Madelaine Bullwinkel

Spend a day exploring the gamut of cooking styles in south-central France. First, a cooking class of traditional dishes, followed by an afternoon film devoted to the rarified cuisine of three-star chef Michel Bras.
Our menu: Roquefort Soufflé, Roasted Duck Legs with Aligot (potato purée with Cantal cheese) and Walnut Cake.
