Everybody knows you get a better meal in Lyon than in Paris...now is time to discover why! A talk by a previous director of the Alliance Française de Chicago now residing in Lyon, Pascale will tell the story of how Lyon has become the Capital of Gastronomy, from "le bouchon" to "la mère Brazier" and will also, of course, recount the international success of Bocuse and the "Cité de la Gastronomie". Followed by a sampling of Lyon delicacies provided by Chef Biggers from the Sofitel's Café des Architectes:
